I need to learn to make my own granola. 1/4 cup of what I’m currently eating is 70 calories. But, it sure is good.


Mix it with my 80 calorie yogurt and I’m all set. Yum!


Of course, I need to wash it down with my Zero (calorie) Vitamin Water and lots of fresh water throughout the day. It’s a good start. Kinda wishing my hubby wouldn’t have grabbed the last banana…at least I know he started his day with a healthy bite! 🙂

Did you notice the beautiful cross stitch trivet under my morning beverages? My co-worker & friend, Cathy’s mom, is very crafty. Each of us received a unique trivet for Christmas. Mines rocks! Here’s a better look…

UPDATE: My loving husband took the last banana. But, his boss bought him fancy pants French toast from Egg Harbor and he gave the banana away…to the office dog, Oz! At least the dog is cute…
