I’m back on track today! Vitamin Water Zero (Glow today), an apple and my multi vitamin this morning. Red pepper hummus, carrots and salsa for lunch. Now, I just need to have a sensible dinner. I was suppose to make stuffed shells tonight, but we have so much leftover pizza from last night’s birthday dinner that I think the shells are on the back burner. Maybe the guys can eat the pizza and I can have a tilapia filet. What do you think?
I’m just happy that I am back on track. I don’t think that I’ve mentioned this yet, but I am officially 100 pounds away from my goal weight. It’s a lot, but I’ve lost 15 already. Drinking lots of water helps. Eating less and exercising more helps even more. 🙂 I’m breaking it down into small goals. For example, my next goal is to be down 20 pounds. I didn’t set a date because I am still learning how long my weight loss should realistically take. I’m thinking in two to three weeks that I should be there without a problem. I’ll keep you posted.
