In a continued effort to eat and just be healthier, I took my first attempt at cooking fish tonight. My hubby and son turned their noses up at the idea. I took my lone tilapia filet for a quick pan fry with Pam, black pepper, a shake of onion powder and a sprinkle of garlic salt. It was delicious! Not very fancy, but it tasted good. Paired with a healthy portion of veggies and a small potato…I had dinner!
So really, how do you cook your fish? I have more tilapia filets and I could eat it this way over and over, but I would rather try someone’s tried & true method. I’m listening! 🙂
p.s. There is a fresh caramel apple with nuts calling my name, but I am just going to ignore it.
